This is a structural constraint that shapes the movement patterns of active men in the city. The options are early morning outdoor movement, indoor facilities (gyms, courts, pools), or the evening hours after six when temperatures begin to moderate.
The journal documented here chose the early morning window on four of the five weekly movement days, with one evening session.
